Mini Bio

For 27 years, Greg was dedicated to working in kitchens great and small in NYC then San Diego CA. In San Diego, she worked with a heart surgeon to open the first heart healthy fast food restaurant chain. Then, Greg put down her knives and apron.  In 2004 she was certified as a life coach, then health coach. She is the author of Your Genes Do Not Determine The Size of Your Jeans. This is her guide to navigating the changes that start in midlife and beyond. Then, to make use of her writing and messaging skills she started another business called Be More Marketable. As a copywriter she helps coaches and other small business owners stand out with copy that converts on landing pages, sales pages, and websites.
