Mini Bio

Dennis is a classically trained chef and has worked in white tablecloth restaurants and executive dining. Later in his career, at an all-girls Catholic high school, he took school food to an entirely new level. After 3 years at the school, he created a Culinary Program that brought acclaim to the school. It was used as a model for other schools around the country.

He started cooking at a very early age and has always enjoyed making people happy with the food he cooks. His early inspiration was Graham Kerr, the Galloping Gourmet.

Dennis also works with travel companies and cruise lines showcasing their travel opportunities as he shares travel adventures and the deliciousness he’s enjoying as he travels the world.
