IN PLAIN TERMS: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase -- color, size, delayed delivery, or whatever the reason -- you will receive a full refund (within the details outlined below). Send an email to Returns@Livingto100.Club and state your request, along with your name, order number, order date, and name of the product you want to return.
Please note these refund details:
- Be sure retain the confirmation email that you receive from the supplier upon delivery, as that includes return instructions and return address.
- Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- You will receive a full refund if you don’t receive your order, or if it does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time.
- Any item that fails to match our description is eligible for a refund. If your item is different from the product description, you can either return it and get a full refund, or get a partial refund and keep the item.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can receive a full refund, even if there is nothing wrong with the product. The product can be returned as long as it is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in the same packaging. No questions asked. Products which show signs of being used or damaged will not be accepted for a refund.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Returns@Livingto100.Cluband explain your request.
- Full refunds are not available under these circumstances:
- your order did not arrive on time due to factors within your control, such as not providing the correct shipping address;
- your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control, e.g., delivery was delayed by a natural disaster.
- All products are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days,and are delivered, in most cases, within two weeks.
- If you are expecting a refund on an order and haven’t received it yet, check your bank account and your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Returns@Livingto100.Club.
- If residing in the U.S., sales tax may be added to your purchase, depending on the state of residence, and will be applied to your order on the checkout page.
- If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a tracking code with the shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
- After receiving your email requesting a refund, you will receive a response from our store, with details on your refund and return of the item.
