Mini Bio
Jan has been teaching Yoga for 18 years and has been working with seniors for over 10 years. She has taught at a number of Yoga studios and over-55 communities with a focus on teaching older adults. Jan is a trained Yoga teacher with specialty training in Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Osteoporosis and Bone Strength, and Yoga for Scoliosis. She is also certified in a mind body program called Ageless Grace. Ageless Grace is a Brain and Body Program that works with Neuroplasticity.
