How to De-Clutter Your Life — Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally

In this Living to 100 Club Podcast, we explore the topic of clutter, in all of its forms. Our guest is Julie Coraccio, who helps people unclutter their lives. How do our homes become too cluttered? How do we gain control over this? In terms of emotional clutter, how do we release our doubt, forgive, and express our emotions in ways that are liberating and uplifting. How does clutter, whether physical or otherwise, contribute to different emotions, like depression or feeling overwhelmed? In short, what are the steps to de-clutter our lives?

Thanks so much for listening, Lynne. Joe told me about your episode on healthy recipes for those with diabetes. I’ll definitely listen as my brother is diabetic and I always need good recipes!
