Our guest is Dr. Sara Hart, the developer of Prime Spark, an organization that encourages senior women to find the spark deep inside that “ignites the way forward.” Sara discusses why the second women’s revolution is here, and what she describes as a time of the ascendancy of older women. What is the impact of gender ageism on women? How do older women build on their past contributions, leadership, and decision-making? And who are some examples?
